St. Andrew’s Court is an office to residential conversion project. The four-storey building which is situated within the centre of Enfield is currently in the process of being converted to 26 apartments.
This project in Heywood required CPA’s full suite of civil and structural engineering services that were commissioned from the outset of the site due diligence phase of the project.
